Changes to NETELLER Account Terms of Use

This article was published on 17 July 2022. Fees, campaigns and availability may have changed since — check the provider’s current terms.

NETELLER is making some changes to their terms of use, which will take effect on 18 August 2022 (the “Effective Date”).

From the Effective Date, if a transaction requires a currency conversion, NETELLER will use the NETELLER exchange rate which applies at the time they carry out the transaction. The NETELLER exchange rate is a reference exchange rate set by NETELLER and changes continuously throughout each day. You will be able to find details of the NETELLER exchange rate applying at the time, for a conversion between two particular currencies, on the fees section of their website. NETELLER will also charge you any applicable foreign exchange fee as they do currently.

If you do not agree to the proposed changes you can close your NETELLER account at any time before the Effective Date.
