Payz is the new name of ecoPayz. For customers in the EEA the service is provided by IPS Solutions Ltd, an electronic money institution licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus.
What are the Payz account levels?
Registration and upgrades are free. Every account starts at Classic, which lets you pay merchants but has a lifetime limit of EUR 2,500 and no transfers to other users or bank withdrawals. From Silver you can hold up to 10 current accounts in 50 currencies, send money, withdraw to your bank and get up to 4 Payz Mastercards. Gold, Platinum and VIP lower your fees and raise your limits.

How do I add money to Payz?
- Bank transfer and local methods: 0–10%, depending on your country and the method
- Credit or debit card: 1.69–6% + EUR 0.25 (minimum EUR 10)
- Bank transfer to your Payz virtual IBAN: EUR 0.50
- ecoVoucher: 2.9%
How do I withdraw money?
From Silver level you can withdraw to your bank account for EUR 5.90–10.00 (EUR 2.90–7.00 on VIP level), or EUR 2.50 from your virtual IBAN. Correspondent bank charges may apply to international transfers.
How do I pay a merchant with Payz?
- Choose Payz as the payment method on the merchant’s deposit or checkout page.
- Enter the amount and log in to your Payz account to confirm.
- Payments to and from Payz merchants are free on every level, unless a currency conversion is needed.
Is there an inactivity fee?
Yes — EUR 5 per month for inactive accounts.
